Adjust the hip zone

• Adjust the firmness by moving the sliders underneath the bed. 
• Place the sliders towards the edges. The bed gets firmer and your hip will be placed further up.
• Place the sliders towards the middle. The bed gets softer and your hip will sink further down.
• Check that your spine is as straight as possible. 

Wash the textiles

• The bed and the top mattress textiles can be washed at 60°C.
• Use a minimum amount of washing powder and delicate setting on the spin cycle.
• Splittable zippers make the washing manageable in a normal machine.
• Drip dry. Do not tumble dry.
• Do not dry clean.
• Any shrinkage that may occur after washing can be corrected by stretching the fabric when dry.
• Covers must be completely dry before placing them back on the mattress.

Turn the mattresses

Each night, the filling and the pocket springs are exposed for pressure, moisture and temperature changes. When you turn the mattresses, the materials on one side can rest and recover. 

• Turn the mattresses 1-2 times/year to maintain the comfort. 
• You can turn the other side up, or turn the head and foot end. 
• The mattresses in the continental bottom frame, are also reversible.

Top mattress

• Wash the textiles at 60°C. Follow the washing instructions above.
• Latex must not be exposed to direct sunlight. Keep the cover on if hanging the top mattress out for airing.
   

Mattress protector

• Washable at 60°C. 
• Washing enhances the water repellent effect.
• Use a minimum amount of washing powder.
• Do not add fabric softener. 
• Drip dry. Do not tumble dry.
• Do not dry clean.

Pillow

• Latex: Leave the pillow inside the cover. Wash at 40°C with maximum spin speed 600 rpm. Dry flat.
• Cover: Washable at 60°C.

Other

• Vacuum your mattress regularly.
